The location is excellent for those seeking peace and quiet, but also close to the beach and other attractions. Located in the village next to the highway exit, at almost equal distance from Zadar and Split airports, the house is very easily accessible. Lađevci is only 15 minutes drive from the Krka National Park and the magical Skradin, and 20 minutes from the famous beaches in Vodice and the historical Šibenik.
In a total of 70 m2 of interior space, guests have at their disposal a large dining room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and gallery which houses the living room and additional sleeping space. The outdoor terraces and barbecue are the perfect addition to the cozy interior and simply invite you to socialize outdoors.
